At the NFL, Stephen directed NFL Combines for the NFL Department of Football Operations and served as original content producer for NFL Network. Stephen is the creator of the NFL Network two-time Emmy nominated documentary series, UNDRAFTED. UNDRAFTED is the highest rated show in NFLN history.

As an event management executive, Stephen has earned the reputation as a live event consultant and producer with success in building and leading the tactical and operational framework to achieve business/project objectives. He is a versatile leader who draws upon a hands-on operations, logistics, finance and administration background in guiding sports, media and entertainment projects from development through profitable production.
